The Braddock
The Braddock is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment in Shenandoah Hall. It comes in two sizes: the Braddock at 709 square feet and the Braddock Deluxe at 970 square feet, so you can choose the footprint that works for how you live.
In the standard Braddock, the bedroom measures 12'2" x 15' and the living and dining area stretches to 12'3" x 18'6". The Deluxe opens things up with a 16'11" x 22'2" bedroom and a 16'10" x 17'5" living room, giving you space for a desk, a reading corner, or a second seating area without the apartment feeling crowded. Both layouts include a full kitchen with a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. In-unit washers and dryers come standard, along with carpet and tile flooring, a private patio or balcony, and additional storage. These are finished, move-in-ready homes, not blank spaces you need to work around.
