Timothy Tivvis
Chief Operating Officer
Timothy Tivvis was previously Executive Director and Vice President of Campus Operations at Westminster-Canterbury on the Chesapeake Bay (WCCB). He was a General Manager for Compass Group Inc., a hospitality management company, before joining WCCB. In addition, Mr. Tivvis served as a Regional Platinum Service Champion, partnering with ten Compass communities on operational and brand standards. He served for two years on a national diversity and inclusion action council, working with three brands to drive a great work culture.
Timothy is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hospitality Management and Baking & Pastry, and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management through Purdue University Global.
