Marketing's new Sales Counselor, Rachael Hite, was born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley. She fell in love with journalism and, at 17, began working as an intern for The Warren Sentinel in Front Royal. She attended Old Dominion University to study Human Services. In college, she worked at WFTR radio, reading the morning news, and later sold real estate in Virginia and West Virginia for seven years. In 2014, she began writing for Inman News, a national real estate publication. Rachael specializes in professional development and training for those working in the housing industry. She also serves on the board of directors for Blue Ridge Habitat for Humanity. Hite's background makes her the ideal choice for this position.
