As a Villa Depositor for the new phase-two Villa Expansion, you are entitled to specific incentives and benefits that will not be available to subsequent depositors and have substantial value. The incentives and benefits will be reviewed and continued only upon the direction of management and the Board of Directors.

Each of the following elements in this early incentive offering is designed to bring more value to your early decision to live in the Villa neighborhood at SVWC.

Lower pre-construction Entrance Fee pricing and priority selection of Villa residences in the new neighborhood.

Entrance Fee locked in upon making a $5,000 Reservation Deposit and pay the remaining 10% Deposit balance within 30 days and no later than May 31, 2023.

Monthly Fee waiver of 1 month after taking occupancy of your new Villa if the Reservation Deposit is before May 31, 2023.

All location-based premiums have been waived if the Reservation Deposit is before May 31, 2023.

$3,000 toward our Right-Sizing Services and Home Sales Assurance Plan. (i.e., support in preparing for your move and selling your home with the area’s top interior decorators, Real Estate professionals, estate planners, auction firms, etc.) or Custom Upgrades to your new Villa.
