The mission of our wellness staff is to enhance the quality of life of residents by providing programs that promote the physical, social, emotional, spiritual, intellectual and vocational dimensions of wellness.
Here you’ll find a lifestyle that is surrounded by wellness and vitality. We have a comprehensive wellness program featuring a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment designed specifically for seniors. One of the highlights of 2007 was the grand opening of the Vitality Center featuring a swimming pool and a 16-person hot tub.
Our licensed Fitness Center staff specializes in designing individualized workout programs and provide training on the proper use of the exercise equipment. They offer a variety of land-based and aquatic-based exercise classes on a daily basis that help to promote balance, mobility, stamina and toning.
Here you’ll often find residents walking or bicycling on our beautifully landscaped grounds and on the trails of the 15-acre nature preserve. LifeTrail outdoor exercise stations combine the benefits of walking with a variety of other outdoor fitness activities.
