Shenandoah Valley Westminster-Canterbury is a not-for-profit, intimate, church-related continuing care retirement community that is committed to enabling residents to use their gifts fully, live their lives richly, and enjoy with dignity the years God has given them.

Philosophy of Care

Shenandoah Valley Westminster-Canterbury strives to provide quality health services to all residents. Continuity of care in a warm, supportive, caring and family atmosphere begins when the resident enters the community. Residents have the right and are encouraged to make decisions regarding their health care. Shenandoah Valley Westminster-Canterbury respects the dignity, privacy, self-worth and independence of each resident, providing supportive services that foster the physical, emotional, social, spiritual and recreational needs of each resident.
