Bistro Concert Series

September 17

BARBARA MARTIN & MAC WALTERS
Her vocals and his guitar return for Sophisticated Folk with traces of whimsy. They do traditional blues and jazz with refreshing spirit, mixing familiar tunes with her witty original compositions. He "embroiders" around her singing with his remarkable musical innovation. They delighted a Bistro audience early last year. Without trying too hard, she puts you at ease and gets into your heart. She has fun, and so you have fun. Mac is a master craftsman on guitar, one of the good ones.

October 15

ROBBIE LIMON - Star of Wayside Theatre productions returns doing songs from the '60s and '70s. When he sings and plays, you hear the big name stars.

November 19

LONESOME HIGHWAY returns. They're one of the best local Blue Grass bands. They were a blast last year -- even better this year.

December 17

MADELINE MacNEIL and SAM RIZZETTA return with their annual Songs of Christmas program. Enjoy their hammer dulcimers, her angel voice.

January 21

THOMAS PANDOLFI, world-renowned pianist. Glittering style, internationally respected. He returns to the Bistro before his next world tour.

The SVWC Bistro Concert Series has three objectives: to offer the Winchester area community a diverse program of high quality music, to help support our Fellowship Fund and to support talented musicians and enhance the Valley's rich musical heritage.

A portion of the proceeds help benefit the Fellowship Fund.  The Fellowship Fund provides confidential financial assistance to qualified residents who, despite careful planning and saving, find themselves in need of support.  The Fellowship Fund allows a person to continue living at Westminster-Canterbury in dignity and with grace, regardless of their financial situation.
