Accreditation

SVWC has been accredited by the Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CCAC) since 1996. To achieve this status, as a continuing care retirement community, we’ve demonstrated ongoing continued conformance to excellence standards which we work hard to maintain and strive to exceed.  We continually strive to make improvements in our governance and administration, financial practices and in the care and services that we provide to our residents.

In 2003, CCAC was acquired by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).  Today CCAC-CARF accreditation is regarded as the mark of quality for aging services and a sign of integrity.  To learn more about CCAC-CARF accreditation, visit http://www.carf.org/aging.
